Vacation Rentals in Miami, South Beach Vacation Rentals

May be you are tired of seeing members of your family, your buddies and coworkers go on holiday and come back one week later with a better-looking tan and a huge hotel bill. Miami is one of the premier vacation destinations worldwide where you will find ocean front accommodations and Miami vacation rentals, including some of the best Maimi clubs and Nightlife anywhere. Known for its sophisticated and affluent way of life, South Beach is home to some of the best restaurants and shops. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and waterfront Miami Beach vacation rentals as the place to be in South Florida.

There are plenty of places to stay in Miami & South Beach, choose from Vacation rentals in Miami Beach, South Beach, Beachfront Miami vacation rentals or Condos for Rent. Miami is the ultimate destination for those people looking for vacation rentals. But if your not convince here are some reasons why you should stay in a Miami vacation Rental and not a hotel:

  • Vacation rentals, for example, offer many amenities that majority of hotels do not. Usually owned by regular owners, Miami Beach vacation rentals tend to give you full kitchens and multiple bedrooms. More space basically.
  • If you prefer to be surrounded by the hubbub, you can find rentals in the middle of the action (perhaps a South beach vacation rental near Lincoln Road strip), but you can also find vacation rentals in Miami that cater to peace and quiet.
  • What about families who would want to bring their pets along for a vacation? Should it be a hotel or a vacation rental more suitable to accommodate them? Well, there are minority pet-friendly hotels that will appreciate well-mannered pets waltzing through their lobbies (but must be leashed). On the other hand, Miami Beach vacation rentals are often the way to go for pet owners, because many will accept pets, such as dogs and cats.
  • A final issue that is the overall ambiance of Miami vacation rentals versus hotels. With hotels (especially big chains), you get... pretty much similar thing no matter which part of Miami you are visiting. This can be good for those who do not like changes, but if you want to stay somewhere that embraces the culture of the local area, you are more likely to find that in a Miami vacation rental.

Summer vacations in Miami, Miami Diet Tips

Ready for the beach this summer? For those of you like me, how constantly battle with extra pounds during the summer season in Miami, or you are planning to enjoy great Miami vacations but don’t want to gain those extra pound during your stay. This article pretends to alert you from seven sin enemies of your diet and also open your to a better Miami Vacation.

Don’t let yourself deceive with some products self promote like "healthful", which are in fact filled with empty calories. The quantity and the ingredients counts when one wants to lose weight, the intention it is not enough. It is necessary to avoid certain enemy foods, places, and follow basic Miami summer diet tips :

1. The Hotel

Let’s face it. The hotel doesn’t want you going out of the building. That’s why their beds are so comfortable IOI. They want you to stay in the pool, the spa, the grill … you name it, and the only thing you do in all this places is EAT and DRINK unhealthy food. I recommend fashionable Miami Vacation rentals with their own kitchen in order for you to cook your own meals, plus less expensive if you are coming with friends and family.

2. Smoothies

Smoothies are known for healthful drinks, although some of the smoothies are relatively low in calories, many of them can contain more than 600 calories, of which almost half are fat. So avoid the smoothies prepared with ice creams, or milk. Instead choose those prepared with fat free milk, yogurt low in fat and fruit juices.

3. Fashionable coffees

If you are one of those persons who cannot live without coffee, the most simple you take it, the better. One of the last varieties of coffee that you find in Starbucks is the “Coconut Créme” and “Vainilla Créme Frappuccino”. These two versions of coffee have between 700 and 900 calories each one. Stay away from them.

4. Enriched Water

We know that water is essential for health. Now they sell enriched water with vitamin C, zinc, Echinacea and sugars that will give you 125 calories by bottle. In order to obtain the vitamins and minerals that your body needs it is preferable to take a healthful diet and regular water with a simple supplement without calories.

5. Energetic Bars

You can find them of all type, fruits, with yogurt, of proteins, with milk, of oats, and the majority with much sugar and partially hydrogenated fats (trans-fats). The calories of these bars vary of 140 to 250 calories by unit. Since the portion of protein is of hardly 1,5 per ounce and not always satisfy the appetite you can easily become addicted to them.

6. Cinema yes, popcorn no

Why the pop corn of the cinema is less healthful than those of the supermarket? Because those of the cinema generally are cooked with Coco oil (saturated fat), or cheap hydrogenated oil and the portions are more than familiar size, they are "mega portions". The small portion of pop corn corresponds to 7 cups that is 600 calories. That covers our recommended portion for a day and a half of saturated fat. Whereas the big portion contains 20 cups that is 1600 calories, four days of the saturated fat recommendation. “Salads from "fast foods restaurants". For a guide of Miami Restaurants click Here

7. Stop eating so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Extreme Miami Vacations

The last thing that will go through your mind when you come to spend a Miami Vacations is that you will return to your home town with 23 stitches on your face and with the memory of been beaten by a 250 pound men.

Three University of Delaware students on spring break decided to spend their spring break vacation in a South Beach vacation rental, wile they enjoy Miami Night Life and Miami Beach Restaurants. On Friday night April 4 Miami Beach police said bouncers inside a Mansion Nightclub South Beach beat the three students.

The dispute started over a $700 bar bill at Mansion on Washington Avenue, according to police. Employees of the club, according to a police report, attacked Sean Sweeney, Trevor Costello and John Merryman, who were in Miami spring break. The three men were kicked and punched several times. Injuries to victims included a cut to Merryman's left side of his face, which required stitches, police said.

    Gay Vacations in Miami

In a resent post I wrote about how men should have more (man) vacations by themselves. By the comments I receive, and a second overview of my last post I realize I omitted a very popular type of man in Miami. Those how also like men. For all you out there here some great tips for Gay Miami vacations.

Miami is the winter playground for gay America. Imagine a long, perfect beach, the world’s best Art-Deco architecture, and pulsating Gay Miami nightlife. Then fill it with gorgeous people and spice it up with a little Latino culture, and you’ve got Miami Beach, more commonly known as South Beach or SoBe. It seems like everyone here is a model...or could be. It’s a very trendy place to be, and people tend to look their best. But, where to stay? The Sun City has a very well develop industry of Miami Vacation Rentals, for those of you that desire the privacy of your own furnished apartment in the hart of South Beach.

Before you head to Miami beaches, check out the Art Deco Historic District. There are guided walking tours available. But few attractions pull visitors away from the beach, and the collection of cafes, galleries, and Miami Clubs around it. Ocean Drive runs along the beach, and it’s a great place to people-watch. Lincoln Road, parallel to Ocean, is a pedestrian-only strip of Miami Restaurants and shops.

The Bass Museum of Art can be a great diversion if rain chases you indoors. Winter and early spring are undoubtedly the best times to visit gay South Beach, which is famous (or infamous) for its chain of mega-parties, which begin Thanksgiving weekend and run through Miami Spring Break, when the college crowd overruns the beaches and clubs. Summer is rainier, with little reason to attract the northern crowds (who only come in summer to escape the snow). Virtually everything gay in South Beach is clustered along Collins Avenue between Española Way and 12th Street, and there’s absolutely no reason to have a car here, you can walk everywhere.

    Miami Man Vacations

Let’s face it. We men are better than woman jajajaja just kidding. We are hard workers and responsible. But lately we are also the lees to spend vacations by ourselves. “Manvacations” is something that we men need to do more often. Cheesy as it may sound manvacations is more popular everyday in the United States and more specifically in Miami.

While women have been taking weekend vacations for spa tripping with their girlfriends for years, our male counterparts have long been left behind, wondering what to do with their down time. Now, most men that I know would rather not vacation at all, than spend their vacation days in a luxury day spa, getting their nails buffed. However, when given the opportunity, a lot of men are figuring out that time with their friends is time well spent, indeed. This is why mancations have become increasingly popular. Manvacations, or getaways for men only, can range from low rent (10 college buddies crammed in a Miami Beach Vacation Rental) to ultra high end (father-son trip to Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Miami), with a lot of room in between. Personally, I like the idea of manvacations. Dudes hanging our together, doing their dude thing (I don't want to know too much here), getting smelly, scratching...No women allowed? That's okay!

There are some great upscale manvacation gift ideas out there. If you ladies that are reading my blog want to treat the guy in your life with a manvacation travel gift, it helps if you can arrange time off work for his closest friends as well. Miami Beach has some fishing vacation packages to enjoy a gain great memories for a lifetime. From what I've heard, these manvacations sound like really fun outdoorsman trips.

Another special gift that a lot of us would really appreciate is a real NASCAR Stock Car riding experience. NASCAR fans can travel to one of fifteen major American cities and ride shotgun in a stock car - and some locations actually let the guy drive the NASCAR top series top car himself! Imagine that: Up to 140 miles per hour, no cops ticketing the dude, and a memory to last a lifetime. Also you can get tickets for the Miami International Auto Show. Talk about a manvacation.
